Our response to COVID-19 and commitment to you

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has increased impact on our communities, we want you to know what steps we are taking for business continuity purposes to meet both our commitment to our clients and to keep our employees and communities safe and healthy.  We are continuing to monitor the virus situation closely and are adjusting our internal policies to respond to this rapidly-evolving situation.

To date, we have taken the following steps:

  • If needed, we are ready to deploy a work from home strategy and have tested technology for our teams so we can be fully functional. As always, our websites and mobile application are always available 24x7 and cover a variety of self-servicing needs.
  • We have customer service operations in multiple locations across the United States. Should a call center be impacted, we will adjust staffing levels in other locations in order to minimize the impact to service.
  • As of last week, we have suspended all non-critical business travel and this will continue until the World Health Organization or Centers for Disease Control deem it appropriate to step back from pandemic precautionary measures or when a vaccine becomes available.
  • Additionally, we are offering our partners and clients the option of phone or web conference meetings as an alternative to in-person meetings.
  • We will fully respect any policies or procedures you have put in place in response to COVID-19.
  • We are taking guidance from the CDC and local health authorities and have increased cleaning and sanitizing measures.

There are enormous efforts underway in the U.S. and around the world to tackle this virus. We want to do our part to help the success of the containment efforts.
